Stephanie is pursuing licensure to become a Licensed Professional Counselor after earning a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Carlow University. She has a multifaceted approach to counseling, some of which include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Trauma-Focused, Multicultural, and Attachment-Based. Stephanie has experience in providing support and treatment to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-advocacy, sexual addiction, and trauma. She takes pride in helping individuals and couples build coping skills, emotional self-regulation, healthy boundaries, relationship and communication skills, and self-awareness.Â
Stephanie believes in providing a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere for her clients, and in doing so she hopes to help her clients overcome the challenges that they currently face within their life. She views clients as the true expert within their life and aims to provide the tools to assist others in reaching their highest potential. Stephanie values being empathetic, transparent, and authentic when working with others, and aims to be genuine those that she sees and utilize humor in the therapy process.
When Stephanie is not counseling others, she enjoys reading, writing, playing video games, and petting her dog.
