Laurie Sepe, M.ED, LBS

Licensed Behavior Analyst

Laurie is a Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, providing services to children, adolescents, young adults, and families across a variety of clinical settings. She specializes in working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and offers compassionate, individualized care to clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.


She takes a collaborative, family-centered approach to treatment, working closely with clients and their support systems to promote meaningful growth and lasting change. In addition to individual therapy, she provides family therapy and marriage counseling, helping families and couples strengthen communication, deepen connections, and navigate life’s challenges together.

Her clinical areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, language and learning disorders, mood disorders, conduct disorders, and oppositional defiant disorder.


With extensive training in behavioral health, Laurie utilizes a wide range of evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Child-Centered Play Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Solution-Focused Therapy.


Laurie’s goal is to help clients overcome challenges, build resilience, and improve overall quality of life. She is deeply passionate about the work she does and is committed to helping individuals and families reduce emotional distress, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
