Jennifer Leonida brings a unique blend of primary care experience and mental health expertise to her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her journey in healthcare began in 1998 after graduating from Penn State University with her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Jennifer then dedicated 14 years to psychiatric nursing before earning her Master’s degree in Nursing from Carlow University. Board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she has been treating patients of all ages since 2012. Jennifer takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare, helping individuals and families thrive across every stage of life. When she isn’t caring for patients, she stays busy keeping up with her seven

children and channeling her energy into running, boxing, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
