I graduated from Seton Hill University with my master’s in counseling psychology and have focused my career working with children, teens, individuals, and families. I’ve spent my career working with individuals diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and other behavioral diagnosis in several settings including home, school, and community. I’ve also worked with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, parent-child conflict, and truancy concerns.
I like to use an eclectic approach to therapy that includes CBT, System’s theory, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy in order to individualize sessions to each client’s needs. I’m very passionate about providing a welcoming and open approach that allows for both personal and emotional growths.
In my free time I enjoy a multitude of sports, the outdoors, engaging with friends and family and celebrating the large and small victories in not only my life but in the lives of those I care for.
