Licensed Behavior Analyst

Hello! My name is Alex. I’m a Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) and have

been working in the behavioral health field for the last 3 and a half years. I started as a Behavioral Health Technician in 2021 working in IBHS. Recently, I have moved on in the field to a Behavioral Consultant serving clients in the home, school, and community setting. I am currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I graduated from PennWest California with a Masters in Special Education and a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. I studied at Saint Vincent College to obtain my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health.

Throughout these past few years, I have worked with children of all ages and their

families on behavioral concerns. I have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and attachment disorders.

My primary approach to therapy is applied behavior analysis, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and art therapy. My focus is to help families and individuals treat their behavioral and mental health concerns.
